ACCOMMODATION IS FREE!
Accommodation is free for all participants in a double room per person during the three nights of April 28, 29 and 30, 2019.
The full accommodation at the hotel is provided for the conference days.
The participants will stay in a double room.
Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant or listener. Otherwise, the conference organizing committee will assign the rooms to participants based on their gender.

NOTE 3: Two papers are allowed for one registration fee. If you have more than two papers, you need to pay 50 US dollars for each additional paper.

Fees for children staying with their parents:
- First child from 0 to 6 years of age – FREE
- Second child from 0 to 6 years of age – discount of 50%
- If only one of the parents stay with the child, they should stay in a single room and pay the single room fee.
